Refunds & Returns
Our policy on returns and refunds, designed to protect the health and safety of all our customers and comply with pharmaceutical regulations.
It is not advisable and prohibited as well to accept items in return for health and safety reasons. We request your co-operation and understanding of same. We will not accept any items in return ordered / purchased by you.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns
Pharmaceutical and healthcare products are subject to strict health and safety regulations. Once a product has left our facility, we cannot guarantee that it has been stored correctly or that it has not been tampered with. Accepting returns could compromise the safety of other customers, and as such we are unable to process any returns under any circumstances.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@cyno.co.in with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate the matter and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or suitable resolution at no additional cost to you.
