Cancellation Policy
Understand our cancellation terms and how we handle order cancellations fairly for both dispatched and undispatched orders.
If your order has not been dispatched, we will cancel your order for a mere $10 cancellation fee. On the other hand, if it has already been dispatched, then we are afraid we will not be able to cancel your order. At the same time, in case the reason for cancellation lies at our own end, we will wilfully cancel your order without any cancellation fee.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible via email at info@cynoindia.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days to confirm whether the cancellation can be processed.
Cancellation Fee
A $10 cancellation fee applies to all orders that have not yet been dispatched. This fee covers administrative and processing costs incurred at the time of placing the order. No cancellation fee is charged if the cancellation is initiated by us due to stock unavailability or any issue at our end.
Dispatched Orders
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the order to arrive and then follow our returns process if applicable. Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for further details on how to handle received orders.
